The Child should be 2.5 years old on or before 1st June 2026 ( For Nursery)
The child should be 3.5 years old on or before 1st JUNE 2026. (For L KG)
The Child should be 4.5 years Old On or Before 1st June 2026 ( For UKG)
The Child should be 5.5 years Old On or Before 1st June 2026 ( For Std 1st)
· The applications to be filled and submitted online.
· Print out the copy of the form and submit the same in the school office between 10/11 /2025 to 05/01 /2026 (9 am to 12.00 pm) with the necessary attachments.
· The required attachments when you submit the Application to the School Office :
1. Family Photo 2. Child’s Photo
3. Xerox copy of Birth Certificate
4. Xerox copy of the Aadhar Card
5. Xerox copy of PAN Number of Parents
6. Xerox copy of the Aadhar Card of the Parents
7. Xerox copy of the Ration card of the Family.
8. Caste certificate of the child optional.
